We are looking for a customer service oriented Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
Responsibilities
Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
Update customer data and produce activity reports
Walk customers through problem solving process
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
Requirements
Proven working experience in providing help desk support
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
Working knowledge of Windows based operating system and productivity tools (Windows 10, 7 and office 2007-2016)
Working knowledge and experience with setting up accounts, lan administration functions
Mac experience a plus
Experience with cloud based technologies and integration between on premise and cloud set ups
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilities

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Forecast and track key account metrics

Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

Requirements

Proven account management or other relevant experience

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.  You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Provide automation input when applicable to lower the human intervention time on any tasks
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows based environments
  • Solid experience in the administration of servers and networks
  • Solid Cloud experience, especially Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with monitoring systems
  • Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
  • Experience with leading a team, a plus
